FAQ

Why do people hire life coaches?

In today’s fast-paced, high-tech world, we seldom take time to really think about our purpose in life or an adventure we long to experience. Coaching provides that avenue of communication. We are trained to listen and guide you in making ideas become reality.

I have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). How can coaching help me?

Individuals with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) may struggle in areas such as time management or organization. Coaches can help create structures and organizing systems to help a person stay on track. Coaches also play an important role in keeping their clients focused on their goals and accountable for the action steps they put in place.

What are some other issues Life Coaching can help address?

  • Mild anxiety and/or transition
  • Job loss and/or transition
  • Parenting children with speical needs
  • Personal finance and budgeting
  • Life after divorce

Is coaching always successful?

Coaching is powerful, but not a quick fix. It takes time to sort through important ideas and challenges. Change occurs when the client completes the steps toward their goals.
